Business Psychology Consulting

Peace of Mind.
At Work.

What happens when a decade in sales, years in credit consulting, and clinical psychology training collide. I don't teach business theory — I read the room, diagnose the pattern, and fix the system.

The Pattern

Your clients aren't difficult.
Your system is.

Every business owner I work with describes the same five problems. They think it's people — bad clients, lazy team, tough market. It's not. It's a psychology problem wearing a business suit.

The Bait & Switch

Your content talks like a homie. Your calls talk like a professor. The emotional contract shifts and trust dies before it starts.

Information Overload

You're dumping 15 things per call. The brain holds 4. Over-teaching is anxiety about justifying the fee. One action per call. That's it.

Transactions, Not Relationships

The #1 predictor of outcomes isn't technique — it's the relationship. You're relying on TikTok rapport to carry the real thing. That gap is where clients fall off.

The Projection Trap

The compliance problem in your clients exists in your own team. Same avoidance, same repeated instructions. Fix it in here first.

The Authority Gap

Your clients respect authority — but only when it's consistent. Code-switch between casual and professional and the trust frame collapses.

Who I Am

I've sat in your chair.

I spent years in credit consulting — pulling bureaus, building disputes, managing clients who trusted me because I spoke their language and understood their family's goals. Before that, decades in sales. I know what it feels like to chase a client who won't send documents, to repeat yourself for the fifth time, to wonder why they hired you if they won't listen.

Then I got clinical training. Not because business wasn't working — but because I kept seeing the same patterns in my clients that I was reading in psychology textbooks. Avoidance. Trust ruptures. Cognitive overload. The problems in your business aren't business problems. They're human problems — and now I'm trained to diagnose and fix them.

I also bring cultural depth. I'm multilingual (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, English) and grew up in a tight-knit immigrant business community. I understand how trust, reputation, and family dynamics shape business decisions — not from a textbook, but from lived experience. Whether your clients are local, diaspora, or mainstream — I speak the language that matters.

The Difference

Business coaches give tactics.
I read the room.

Typical Business Coach
POM at Work
"Fix your sales script"
"Your script is fine — your identity incongruence is losing them before it starts"
"Follow up more often"
"Your follow-up triggers avoidance because you haven't built psychological safety yet"
"Educate your clients"
"You're over-educating to manage your own anxiety about the fee"
"Fire difficult clients"
"You're creating difficult clients — fix the intake"
"Post more content"
"Your content attracts the wrong people because it signals a different relationship than what you deliver"
What We Work On

Five pillars of business psychology

Everything below is grounded in behavioral science — not generic business advice. Every framework comes from the same psychology that drives therapy outcomes, adapted for business.

1

Sales Process Redesign

Rebuild your intake around connection, not education. I know credit consulting calls because I used to run them. Same industry, better psychology.

2

Client Retention System

Kill the dead zone (weeks 2-6 where clients ghost). Proactive updates so they never ask "what's happening?" One action per touchpoint.

3

Team Communication & Dynamics

Individual assessments for every team member. Friction patterns identified. Shared language for accountability that doesn't rely on frustration.

4

Brand Identity Alignment

One voice from TikTok to sales call to follow-up. Authority without losing the relatability that gets people in the door.

5

Money Mindset & Pricing

The beliefs about money silently shaping how you sell, price, and handle objections. Assessment-driven — not guesswork. Every business owner carries these patterns.

How It Works

No 12-week programs.
Real results.

A phased approach that starts with understanding and moves to action. No fluff. No modules you won't finish.

Diagnose

Week 1–2

Communication Style + Money Mindset assessments. Audit of current sales calls, content, and client journey. Written diagnostic with specific patterns and fixes.

Rebuild

Week 3–6

Redesigned first-call structure. Client communication cadence. Scripts and frameworks grounded in the credit repair client journey I already know.

Implement

Month 2–3

Live coaching through real calls. Refine based on what's working. Weekly accountability. We measure: retention rate, close rate, client satisfaction, team alignment.

Grow

Ongoing

Monthly strategy sessions. New team member onboarding. Quarterly brand and process reviews. I'm not going anywhere — this is a relationship, not a transaction.

Common Questions

Before you ask

No. This is business consulting grounded in behavioral psychology. No diagnosis, no treatment plan, no clinical relationship. If clinical needs surface during our work together, I'll refer you to appropriate support.
Business coaches teach tactics. I diagnose behavioral patterns — the same ones I see in clinical work — and fix the system that creates them. I've also been in your exact industry, so I'm not learning your business on your dime.
Any small business (2-15 people) where trust, relationships, and reputation drive revenue. I have deep experience in credit repair, financial services, and real estate — but the psychology applies to any service business. I also bring cultural fluency for immigrant and diaspora business communities, which is rare in this space.
The pilot is 6 weeks. If you don't see measurable changes in how your team communicates and how clients respond, we part ways. No hard feelings. I'd rather lose a client than keep one who isn't getting results.
Three 90-minute sessions over 6 weeks, plus the assessments (20 minutes each). That's it. I do the heavy lifting between sessions — the analysis, the framework design, the written deliverables.
Yes. Virtual sessions work great. I also do in-person for local clients in the Illinois area. Most of my consulting clients are a mix of both.

Peace of Mind.
That's the product.

In your head — that's therapy.
